Just realized upon close inspection that the Orleans new 888 chips are really quite close to perhaps a copyright infringement.
This looks like a take off on the Olympic logo even though they are using 6 rings instead of 5.The "mascot" on their chip is a characture, close to what the Beijing mascot looks like and the 3 circles on the bottom with dollar signs are VERY close to looking like a podium.
Looks like the artist involved and maybe even the NGC really worked it so that it was close to an Olympic style chip without actually being one.
Interesting.
I know that when I looked at it,I instantly thought Olympics.
Wonder what would happen if the IOC saw this? Borderline....but could be interesting.
