We just got back from the Harseshoe Casino in Hammond, IN and were surprised to see the following chip on the tables. They had their Grand Opening of their new boat on 08-08-08 and I guess instead of issuing a Grand Opening chip they issued these. I have some extras available for $7.50 shipped if you want one.
