I suppose I read day cruise as the cruises where you leave one port, go out into the water for a period of up to 24 hours and then back to the same port with the aim being to have an enjoyable day out, whereas a ferry is just a method of getting from A to B, and could be plane, boat or (sometimes) bus or car. That said, I see your point of view.

I never liked the term 'wet chips' anyway!!! Mine are all listed as just another casino from the country of origin.
