I don't think you make a argument here. Because someone has a similar feeling about one of our politicians as an enemy foreign leader, we call them anti-American??? I'll bet Castro didn't like Nixon either and thought he was a criminal. Are all Americans that called Nixon a criminal, enemies of our country? Wow, I'll bet there would be almost no one left as Americans then!

You also made a point about it trivializing Hitler. (You could also have made the point in reverse about it demonizing Bush, brought up genocide, etc...) Even if you did, I don't see where either one of those qualifies as being anti-American either.

The point I'm making is that the beauty of American is that we can have disagreements and can challenge our leaders. Calling someone who does as a "true enemy" of the country seems wrong to me.

Perhaps we'll have to agree to disagree. I know I need to get to bed so I can finish driving home in the morning without wrecking the family van.
