The portrayel of Bush (who I don't like) as hitleresque suggests you have no idea what it would be like to live under a totalitarian regime. While not hate speech under the law, and it is protected by the first amendment, it is a disgusting abuse of that right. Unfortunately, there are numerous similar attacks against other politicians, Obama is currently a fav of the idiots with something to say. Sadly, we also all too often have hate speech here, I wish we didn't, but we do. In case anybody cares, hate speech is not protectedby the Constitution.
North Korea has acknowledged that they were working on the BOMB, since the date of the document there has been advances in talks (partly due to this document being renewed and signed). To suggest that treating N Korea having the BOMB as a threat is akin to Bush being a nazi is asinine. It is the same lack of mental acumen that I would expect from the knuckledraggers (McCain's term for them) who continue to suggest Obama is a Muslem, or the complete idiots who suggest McCain aided and abbetted the Vietnamese, or asking if a person who supportsObama is a 'Negro'(a term tossed to the racist trash can 40 years ago).
Martial Law is actually in existence often in this country. It can be declared by the President or State Gov, there are others but I am too lazy to look it up at the moment. When you see National Guardsmen helping with floods, tornados, fires, etc, or protecting homes and businesses from looters- some form of martial law is in place
