A frriend sent me this scan of a catalog from a Billiards Supplier. His interest in the catalog was the fact that the company supplied ivory billiard balls.

Note that I added a scan of my ivory chip. Notice that the illegal gambling joint was located within a stone's throw of the supplier (41-48 Hanover St., Boston). I believe the the chips was ordered through the supplier. My friend doubts it.

In any event, its a small world.
