Personally, I would steer clear of it. I believe Microsoft has discontinued it, so no further updates. Your server has to be equipped for it with Front Page extensions installed. It is one of those either/or situations. You either use Front Page on the server, or you use what everyone else is using.

Lately, I have been advising people who have no desire to learn any html to try Publisher. My wife uses it to create and maintain several websites and they look pretty good and she is able to understand it.
