Contact the driver's auto carrier and make a claim. If you get a problem, first contact the TN Ins. Dept. You can always contact a liar errrrr, lawyer later. Actually I might contact a newspaper next. I don't this the company would want the bad publicity. I find it difficult to believe that the company wouldn't pay off.
