But again, great pictures. It was commissioned by the Stardust (Boyd Gaming, specifically Jim Seagrave) and was provided to the Stardust's high rollers that were invited to attend the implosion. Excess copies went to Coast Casino high rollers at an annual appreciation event. It was also available at the Coast Casino gift shops.

I was impressed that they included history from Tony Cornero and Lefty Rosenthal (briefly, but included).
