These are things that I do for the Caribbean ChipGuide:

o Host the website on an ISP - www.1and1.com
o PHP Programming
o Getting scans of items - through collector submissions, internet and ebay searches, and from my own collection
o Preparing the scans - circle crop, rotate to straight up and down, resize to 240 x 240 pixels, and minimize file size
o Entering the scans and other information into the database
o Uploading new scans and database updates to the website
o Verifying that updates worked correctly

So basically I do it all myself, except for getting all the scans and some of the ideas for new functions that were suggested by collectors. But it is not work, I love doing this. Thanks for asking.
