I saw the chip report and noticed two chips in particular... Has California Hotel now switched to a WHITE $1 chip w/ flowers after releasing the blue new issue just a short while ago, and NY NY has a white $1... is this a re-order of the older chips, or a new design?

Anyone there in LV that can verify? The chips might not actually be on the tables yet, but just approved.
