The Imperial Club in Galveston, Texas, was also called the Imperial Athletic Club. However, it was not a sophisticated place. Their nickname was the "Bucket of Blood" as well as some other not-so-nice names. VERY doubtful they would have crest & seal chips. Also, I've never seen the above chip monogram (however I've never seen ANY Imperial material other than their plain smkey chips).
