I don't have any faith in Ebay, they haveproven to be ineffective in my opinion. They also are profit driven, which means it is in there interest for auctions to go higher.

If the person is a member of the club he has an option to go through the club process (non members access has been debated here as well, I have my own opinions, but mine isn't the one that counts, and I do not know where they standon the issue). But if a claim is filed then the names are public.

While the discussion is appropriate in this venue, I hope Mike's friend keeps the name, and any other identifiables off the board.
