I would agree if we had to begin building the rigs from the vary begining but President Bush said
to start drilling off shore There are a large amount of rigs in the Gulf that can begin drilling in about
4 to 5 months. I believe the first oil would start following into the systems in 6 months maybe 12 months as a far out
guess. It is all the hated for the present admistration there is your problem. No one wants to work as a team for the common good of the
country
