If you really want to blame Bush for something, come to N.Y. and see a Broadway show and see what it costs to park.
Matter of fact, park on the street, get ticketed and towed and see what it costs to get your car back.
$26 to park is starting to sound like a great deal.
BTW, I recently had to park in downtown Manhattan, they posted a parking fee of $16.00. I think that was for the first hour. Well anyway I didn't read the fine print. I drive a van for business and the fine print stated that there was a surcharge of $25.
That brought the total to $41. Yep, $41 to park for an hour. I bet you remember a time when you could buy a used car for that amout LOL
