The one word in Josh's invoice that jumps out at me is "optional" where it notes that insurance is optional.

I see nowhere where Rick has claimed to accept that option... All I see is Rick assuming insurance was (should have) been purchased due to the total postage fee.

I always thought where an option is offered, that option is either accepted or turned down... and that it should not be assumed that such option will be included...
