I believe you are missing two varieties of the Blue Room (diff reverses), The Tropicana Country Club with 736-1011 phone, the Folies Bergere back striker with T in a wreath, the white front striker with Texas International Airlines on reverse, two of the green/white front strikers with no phone on the saddle and two other variations with a phone number, and two of the darker Blue Room f/s marked Tropicana Hotel, not Hotel Tropicana. Two front strikers from the Golf Club and Motor hotel on the grounds and a Tropicana Country Club with a photo on the back.

There are also 8 varieties of the white back striker that say Island of Las Vegas, a red one with dancing girl, golfer, and batter on it, three diffeent black with many gold T's, the Easy Street 430,000, and dream machines 600,000 and the dark grey with Tropicana in a wreath.
