Of course, you are right, Barry. I was only discussing obligations. Ethics, morals and doing what is right are different subjects. I'm not sure it's right to ask for $25 to send chips that have already been paid for, when they didn't arrive. Given the price of the chips, I am a little surprised that neither one of them paid for insurance, though.
