if you order a computer from Dell or a book from Amazon or some un-mentionables at Victoria Secret. What happens if you don't get your stuff (regardless if insurance was an option)? Would you expect the company to send a replacement? I would definately think so.

I also think there is a difference in perception of what to expect from a for-profit business (chip dealer) versus just a collector. I beleive a dealer is held under more scruntiny and rightfully so. I have bought plenty of stuff from Josh both on Dice702 and Apache and have always received great service. I also think Josh prices most of his stuff on his site fairly, even though he may be able to get more on ebay for them (for example the small crown Trop chips that he sells). Although I understand about not wanting to take losses (I have had a bad trade from Canada, but that was on CT), I am a little disappointed in the attitude displayed here, especially with a fellow club member, who is in good standing. Just my honest opinion.
