As for the smelly gent, I doubt a lawyer would take on a case like that since all casinos have the authority to eject anyone they wish for any reason or no reason at all. If this was a systematic exclusion of black people, there might be a case since federal civil rights laws trump casino regulations. But excluding one man for unclean habits? The only type of lawyer who would take that case would be a (1) new lawyer who doesn't know any better or (2) one who was offered a lot of money by a man seeking to regain his pride.
Personally, if the guy was playing for 17 hours at the Borgata, I would hope the casino would offer him a comped room so they could drain the last remaining penny from the man. It just makes good business sense, like the airplane malfunction in the movie "Casino." Now he's taking his winnings (or what's left of his bankroll) down the street.
