Seems like you have the same problem I have. My girlfriend and family also do not know where they could get some plaques or jetons for me.
But I have a very good collecting friend who send me a plaque or jetons each birthday and x-mas.
I am very happy that my girlfriend even knows where she can buy some good whisky for me. It took me many years to tell her
