Oops. I didn't mean for my post to sound like a personal attack. For that I apologize.

I was trying to make a point that even though I might have a legitimate legal case for a refund, I for one wouldn't be able to sleep at night asking for it in this case.

If I have a chance to get something cheaper by cutting out the insurance cost (especially on cheap chips that might be worth only a couple bucks), I would jump on that in a heartbeat. I don't want the seller to jack up the shipping-n-handling just so he can cover his butt on every transaction. I for one appreciate the choice. I'm a big boy and know what I'm basically agreeing too. I would never ask for a refund later if I did that even if the law says I could force the issue. That's just me and my opinion on how I would conduct myself.

I also will go on record and say that I don't have anything for or against Rick or Josh. Just giving my take on it based on the information given. Hopefully they can both come to an a friendly agreement on this and move on.
