A system of protection against loss in which an individuale agrees to pay a certain sum for a guarantee that they will be compinsated under stipulated conditions for any specified loss...
Rick outright refused to pay for insurance.
Someone would need to explain to the class where it says that if a buyer refuses to pay the seller for USPS insurance that they are still guaranteed for loss...
I've read the UCC and got lost... but I did grasp the information pertaining to both seller and buyer agreeing to terms.
I do not see Rick agreeing to Josh's terms... So, someone please show us where Josh is responsible if Rick did not comply with the terms of sale.
