First I would like to say I am not taking either side. I'm just pointing out something I noticed which has yet to been made mention of to my knowledge in any of these posts. Rick states the auction in question ended on May 18th. He also states payment was sent the following day. He further states the seller claims to have mailed said chips on June 18th. Maybe I'm way off base, but I don't think it is good selling practice to send chips a full month later, especially considering they were paid for the day following the auction. In my eyes, this is a person who sends money quickly, something any seller would love to have bidding on his/her auctions. I have had several dealings with many club members over the years and several more on eBay. I have yet to encounter any negative results from any of my transactions, but I will tell you that if it took a month to mail any of my stuff to me, I guarantee the seller would hear about it and I would not be too happy whether I lived in Canada or Timbuktu. I don't know if I have ever done business with Josh or even Rick for that matter, but I will say that this business is pretty much theirs and it will not affect anything I may or may not do with either person in the future. Just thought I'd toss in my two pennies for what it's worth.
