I also am a seller on , my ID is Askk4perry. And although my feedback rating is only 2798, my total feedback is over 5100, Why, because I have a lot of repeat customers. I don't offer Insurance, although all buyers have the right to request it. I believe it is an added expense my buyers don't need, because when, not if, the USPS screws up, then I either replace the chip, or refund the buyers $$, and the few times I have sent the wrong chip, I allow the buyer to keep the wrong chip and I send them the right one. That is the right thing to do!
