Is it an old one? Yep...it is. Is this neg from a member? Yes it is. AND...if that member is willing to speak up,I am sure that your buddy will have an excuse for that too.
Look....I know that he has friends here. I am in a no win situation and I know it. It is apparent from you having seen our emails that he is doing damage control.
I knew that I would lose and I accept that.
The facts have been stated. Nothing has been resolved except for ill feelings.
Believe what you wish. If you wish to defend members like this...so be it. What I do know though from dealing with club members over the past year or so is that I have never had a problem that has not been resolved with a simple email and everyone has gone home happy.
As far as I am concerned,this type of behavior should not be accepted or condoned by anyone. The fact remains that I paid for items and have not received them and have been very patient in this matter. The fact also remains that his whole attitude,whether old negs or not,has been the same tune for a long time"TOO BAD....ya should have had insurance!" That is BULLCRAP!!
I have honored my commitment and he has not honored his. I can live with myself.
This subject is closed for me now. The bitter taste will not be leaving any time soon. I am done with this board.
