you are way off base in this.
I have emailed him several times and received curt and blunt responses. I think that he posted in here simply to sway members to his side. His correspondence so far to me in emails can be summed up in one word...TOUGH.
It does not mater that the negs he has are weeks old. If you look at these negs he has respnded to them the same way to me...TOUGH.
You are also overlooking the fact that one of those negs was recent and WAS ALSO FROM A FELLOW CLUB MEMBER! Look...I know that he has been around for a long time and I new that he would have people defend him and that is why I was reluctant to post about this BUT....behavior like this should not be tolerated.
He IS NOT trying to be fair. His response to my emails stated that he would not replace or refund!
I asked him initially if he would ship here. He sad yes....NEVER ONCE SAYING OR MENTIONING INSURANCE because I happened to be in Canada.
Again...you are not privy to the emails David and,although I respect your opinion,I think that you are wrong here.
