As someone who buys and sells on ebay all the time, for the umpteenth time.......

Once the buyer makes payment, it is the SELLERs responsibility to make sure the chip gets there. If it does not get there, it is on the SELLER, no matter what. If you, as a seller, are afraid of this scenario (many are), MAKE your buyers take out insurance, sign for the shipment, etc., whatever, or DONT accept payment from them.

If you had resercvations about shipping to Canada, you should not have shipped. Period. End of story.

I have purchased from you in the past. If you don't replace these, I am done with you.........
