What a load of crap!
I get chips mailed from all over the world Josh. Never had a loss. It is your total lack of respect and care in this deal that has offended me. I was not planning on posting your name in here but now that you have opened it up here it goes:
I ask you to honor the deal. Either replace the chips or refund the money. Simple. It does not matter then you have "thousands" of positive feedbacks. It matters how you deal with your negatives and,as you can see by my above post at 11:00 you have not dealt with them well.
No matter how you try to sugar coat this with the "lack of insurance thing",you have to admit sir that you have lacked professionalism in this matter.
I will not argue with you on this board. You will lose....actually...we will both lose. So...either honor the deal or live with the fact that you didn't/wouldn't make things right.
