Rick is talking about me.
He bought a couple ebay items from me. I sent an ebay invoice and he did not elect to take insurance. As he requested I shipped without insurance.
Now the chips get lost in the mail and he wants me to send again for free.
Ever since I got ripped off by Scott Prelli I am very cautious when people tell me their stuff got lost in the mail. If Rick would have taken insurance I would have reshipped right away.
It is really not fair that he did not elect to take insurance and when the chips get lost he wants me to send again for free. I am sure there will be debate on both sides but I am trying to be fair and will work out a solution with Rick.
