Storage for cash value gaming chips and jetons would be in what is called Double Custody.
Double Custody is normally in a locked area of the main cage.
They are counted every day on a signed form. No one ever sees them unless the locked area is opened by cage and security personnel.
It is possible they are in a Single Custody locked area also.
