I tried the CPAP when I got it and it actually worked. I felt better and didn't feel the need to take naps all the time. But what a pain in the butt it was. I like to just fall asleep when I want to and not have to get ready for bed by hooking myself up to this thing. I looked like I should be climbing into a fighter jet with this thing on and not getting into bed. Needless to say it has sat in my closet now for years. I have just learned to get by without it. Changed some eating habits and sleep in different positions. I have mostly good periods as well as a few bad ones, but just can't commit to going back on it.
I know people that go on business trips with their CPAP machine because it does work. If you have trouble sleeping or feel tired, this is definitely worth looking into. Like Mark said, it is a health issue that can have terrible results if not dealt with.
