I actually don't believe many would copy the book as the value of the book would so overwhelm the cost (when compare to one's chip collection) that 99.9% of collectors would want their own book.

Heck, I only collect c&s, yet I have 2 edition of TCR.

BTW, for the authors: spell color 2/3rds of the time and colour 1/3 of the time.
