Yes, not only did I contact my attorney, I called the editor of the publication complaining... and the publisher told me exactly what my attorney told me; that if it's on the Internet, it's available for anyone to copy.

What pissed me was that they published values, incorrectly.

I really didn't mind too much, but it would have been nice if they would have at least asked.

I've posted this a few times since it happend and most everyone agreed with what the publisher (and attorney) said.
