The Palms Casino Resort will release the 4th Playboy Don Lewis, $5 chip and the 4th Play Mate Of The Year chip, Christina Santiago 2003, $25 chip on August 14, 2008 at 10:00AM.
Chips will be available on the gaming tables and at the main casino cage.
