If you're able to splurge during your trip, Las Vegas has more great restaurants than any other US city, IMO. Be prepared to pay $100 up though, or play at a level where food/drink are comped. Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace was created by the chef with a 3* restaurant in Paris. Tasting menu from $350 per person; more if you want paired wines. You can use Harrahs player points here, as with all other eating venues at Harrahs hotels.
