Yes and No. There are cheap buffets, just not as cheap as years in past, but a lot cheaper than others. Some are horrible, others you get what you pay for, nothing more. Then again there are some reasonable ones that are real good. Guess it all depends what one considers to be cheap.

There are still some real cheap breakfast buffets. Some charge you for the coffee which is more than the meal and brings the price up.
