The seller used the words "Old" "Rare" and "Vintage" in his header, all things it is obviously not.
Now I realize that this seller is not the person who had these made
I also realize that the person who had them made had no intent to defraud whatsoever.
However, somewhere and sometime down the line, someone will try and resell this chip as something it is not. And THAT I believe is a problem.
