This is the exact chip that I reported to TCR for enty when I found it.

It's actually BROWN w/ 3 1/4 bge. as described.

The drillhole is also sloppy on the obverse... and there's several rim nicks w/ a big chip to the outer ring, at 8:30, on the $5 side. Though the hot stamp pigment is gone, the actual stamping is still full-blown (just doesn't show up well). Not really all that worn, either... but still kind of beat-up looking because of the hole and rim chips.
