I looked in TCR & Official Guide and didn't......

see any chips listed for the Western or New Western Casino. That's why I was wondering if it was slots-only. However, my interior shots (Big 6 Wheel and Craps Table) of the Apache Casino both seemed to be money games, could it be that the Western and New Western had only money games as well? That seems plausable for most games, but I don't see how could be for roulette, in which the position of the money on the layout doesn't indicate the position of the player. Do you have any idea if they used chips?

It looks to me, from the position of the marquis, that the Western Casino/New Western Casino may have been in the same location formerly held by the Apache Casino/Cocktail Room, while the entrance (and gaming or bar) for the SS Rex was on the corner of the building. I wish I could tell if the marquis in back of the SS Rex was where the Western Casino would be, or was attached to the Boulder Club.

ps - thanks for the new postcard. It's a new one to me, and another I can keep an eye out for on eBay.
