They got me awhile back - I only had a personal acct and was happy with it - then they said that was a NO,NO and had to take Paypal ( Credit cards) so I had to do it - Now, no matter if my buyers pay with a funded acct or CC they ( paypal) get their % of it - They go by rules ( theirs when they change them when they feel like it )- they have No Compention to worry about Ebay /Paypal is it.
