I wish you wouldn't use the word fear. I would say that politics of caution would be more correct with respect to Republicans. Do I reall have to explain where I am coming from other to say that I work in lower Manhattan. My former boss (google: Neil Levin) some a friends (neighbor) as well as several firemen acquaintences (my brother was a fireman in Brooklyn and Manhattan) dies almost 7 years ago. Believe it or not, cautious and prepared are operative wordf for me.

Racism and bigotry have played little if any part in this election. Although, I admit, it sounds nice stringing those words together.
