I've listed these chips on Ebay. They are strange in several ways.
Why would Hooters chips have Gamblers General Store hot stamped on them.....or why would generic Gamblers General Store chips use a legitimate logo from Hooters Casino? Even if these were meant to be Hooters gift shop chips why the GGS reference?
They were represented as being Hooters tournament chips which I suppose is plausable except that I don't think gaming would approve them.....
I've started them at 99 cents so decide for yourself.
