anywhere else, but COSTCO does not have an up-charge for it. (Maybe they have incresed over all fees, but I do not see a difference.) If the tire runs low or otherwise loses air (nitrogen) they refill at no charge. If you break-down away from them and have a repair, they will re-fill with nitrogen.
