Look at it this way...the only person that has these chips is me. If you buy them then the only person with them will be YOU....therefore, as long as the set remains intact they remain rare. If I sold them one at a time they wouldnt be as rare. If they made 1000 mickey mantle rookie cards and you owned ALL of them, would you consider that card to be rare? Especially if you refused to sell them one at a time?
