1) He was selling all 1000 then, not just 995.
2) He says they were rejected because they look like real casino chips, but they look nothing like any other chip used at the Green Valley Ranch, and were unlikely to cause any confusion.
3) All of the comments at the time point out that 1000 chips is not "rare" at all, yet he uses the word again this time.

I'm just noticing, that's all.
