B C Wills stopped making the small key molds 3 years before the Aladdin even opened and I dont think the poker room opened until the 1980's, 15 to 20 years on.
The chips came from an estate sale in Louisiana and have been sold on ebay for years with attributions from that area.
I do not believe Doug Saito would have attributed the chips as you say.
