These novelty "plaques" were ordered by Bob Mera for sale exclusively in his "Gaming Emporium" Boardwalk store.

Photo below is presentation of one of the Top Recruiter Awards that Bob had won several times over the years his stores were open in A.C. I think of Bob Mera often. He was quite an innovator.
