Does anyone know anything about this chip? It is a .25 cent chip from Bill's Corner Bar. Thats all I know about it. Any info, city, dates the place is or was open, and possible value. I think I got the chip many years ago in a trade but I'm not sure. Sorry for the bad pictues, but the chip is in a frame and very difficult to remove. Thanks for any help you can provide.
