that you think the corner building is the Simon Building, or isn't the Simon Building?

Actually, I have no way of knowing whether it is or isn't...but I'm sure that's the location:
1. The fun book says the Red Garter is next door to the Fremont
2. The Fremont Theater was at 224 Fremont St., Red Garter was at 234...so just past the Theater

The corner building appears (to me) to have two 'storefronts', based on the marquees, but in a single building. It looks like a multiple-story building, based on the awning over the sidewalk.
